  LDAP project tests are insufficient

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  LDAP project test are insufficient.   They need to be improved to test
  update of LDAP by updating the description and also by adding a test
  for LDAPIdentityEmulation that takes into account its side-effect for
  adding  an enabled key with a value of True to the project dictionary
