COW is on by default, and cache_image=all and I have resized, and
everything seemed to work.

Bug description:
  Xenapi resize fails on Essex4 while using COW and image caching.
  When it happens I can read in XenServer's /var/log/SMlog  errors like the following:

  As soon as I put in my nova.conf

  --use_cow_images=false
  --cache_images=false

  the resize starts working again.
