  live migration broken for hyper-v driver

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Live migration fails with the following error:

  http://paste.openstack.org/show/31798/

  The virtual machine remains in "MIGRATING" status

  Step to reproduce the issue:

  1) boot a VM with a single local disk. 
  2) Issue a live migration command

  It has been tested using Hyper-V compute nodes, but the error looks
  unrelated to a specific hypervisor.
