  Glance doesn't provide the RabbitMQ HA queues

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Glance doesn't provide the RabbitMQ HA queues like other openstack
  components for the glance notification system.

  To add the support it seems that openstack.common should be updated to a more recent version 
  and the glance-api.conf should provide this new flags:

  # use H/A queues in RabbitMQ (x-ha-policy: all).You need to
  # wipe RabbitMQ database when changing this option. (boolean
  # value)
  #rabbit_ha_queues=false

  # RabbitMQ HA cluster host:port pairs (list value)
  #rabbit_hosts=$rabbit_host:$rabbit_port
