[Bug 1160675] Re: Changes in horizon local_settings.py was lost when run ./stack.sh

 

Hey there! When you run ./stack.sh the environment is restarted, so it's
normal that you lose changes in local_settings.py file.

As far as I know, there is nothing we can do about that from Horizon.
You will need to add it by hand while you wait a patch for that DevStack
bug.

  Changes in horizon local_settings.py was lost when run ./stack.sh

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  According to bug 1010350, change horizon local_settings.py can fix
  huge messages in horizon_error.log which will case large log file,
  while when I change the log level in  local_settings.py and then run
  stack.sh, and found that the changes were lost. It can not fix huge
  horizon_error.log problem.
