[Bug 1158582] Re: The Horizon crashed when adding the Load Balancer VIP with existed IP address.

 

It seems that an uncaught exception occurs due of local_settings.py
provided by horizon.

In my test with local_settings.py.example the exception from quantumclient is caught successfully.
I launched an instance with 10.0.0.3 and 10.0.0.4 and then tried to add VIP with 10.0.0.3, but the error message was displayed and horizon did not crash.

(I found another bug that the same error message is displayed twice in
AddVIP)

Bug description:
  Adding the Pool and adding the VIP through the Horizon, if the
  Specifed IP address has already been used, the Horizon crashed.
