In fact, we may consider another UI for monitors, which will not require setting a pool for health monitor.
Also, Health monitor info may show all pools given monitor is associated with.

  The monitors are not deleted when deleting the pool

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Adding the monitors some pool, after deleted the pool the monitors is still existing.
  On the contrary, the members will be deleted if the pool is deleted.
