Bug description:
  Please add the noseopts to the run_tests.sh so we can exclude tests,
  same as keystone does

  addin the following line to the process_option function

      -*) noseopts="$noseopts $1";;

  And

  NOSETESTS="nosetests $noseopts $noseargs"
