Bug description:
  I've been looking into why running glance tests seems to create a
  bunch of temp directories in /tmp that don't get cleaned up (even when
  the tests pass). It appears there is an ordering issue in the test
  setup for the s3 tests which causes them to behave this way regardless
  of failure.
