  filesystem store driver reports None as image size

Bug description:
  The filesystem store driver is hard-coded to return None as the image
  size in a 'get' operation. It doesn't appear to be causing problems as
  the calling code will ignore None, but we need to provide a consistent
  interface between the store drivers. Swift and S3 both return the
  actual image size.
