  v2 Image Upload Returns Incorrect Response Code on Success

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):

Status in Glance grizzly series:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The response code for a successful image upload using the v2 API should be 204 according to the API spec:
  http://docs.openstack.org/api/openstack-image-service/2.0/content/store-image-file.html

  However, currently the response being returned is 201.
