Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released
Status in Glance folsom series:

Bug description:
  Currently a supplied checksum is verified against the actual checksum
  calculated by the backend store, and the image is killed on mismatch.

  However we do not similarly verify the supplied image size, if
  provided.
