  v2 API image upload doesn't update status

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released
Status in Glance grizzly series:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If a new glance image is created by sending POST request to http://glance-host:9292/v2/images, its status is "queued".
  Subsequent PUT request to http://glance-host:9292/v2/images/UUID/file with image data doesn't update the image status to "active".

  Moreover, the v1 API code sets an image status to "killed" on errors,
  but the v2 API code lacks such functionality.
