  Authentification issues with signed_cookies sessions backend

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have some authentication issues with the
  django.contrib.sessions.backends.signed_cookies backend. The sessions
  cookie seems to be rejected by the navigator. If I switch to
  django.contrib.sessions.backends.file backend, the issue disappears.
