[Bug 1177136] Re: Unit tests fail when trying to install python-memcache 1.50

Please use the tracker on github, I'm no longer using launchpad.

https://github.com/linsomniac/python-memcached

Should be resolved with 1.51 release.

Thanks,
Sean

Title:
Unit tests fail when trying to install python-memcache 1.50

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When attempting to run_tests.sh, it blows up with this error:

  Running python-memcached-1.50/setup.py -q bdist_egg --dist-dir /tmp/easy_install-dmo6cO/python-memcached-1.50/egg-dist-tmp-csHQoM
error: README.md: No such file or directory

The PyPI package maintainer has already been notified, and version
1.51 has been shipped to correct this. To prevent anybody
accidentally picking up the "bad" release, we should guard against it
  in the test-requires.
