  xenapi: errors when resizing down previously large instance

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Repo steps:
  - Create instance from auto_disk_configure image
  - Say it has a 10GB disk
  - go upto 6GB of usage
  - delete some files, say to under 4GB of usage
  - try to resize down to 5GB disk

  expected:
  - works

  actual:
  - fails with error saying disk is too big for destination size (see 1155066)
