Title:
Special characters accepted in container name (swift)

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
Context: OpenStack Essex on Ubuntu 12.04

With Horizon, it's possible to create a swift container name
containing special characters which produce browser errors.

In example, if I creates a container named "foo%foo", it's accepted by
Horizon but after that its' impossible to access this container by
clicking on it. I've the following error in the browser:

  Bad Request
