Bug description:
Context: OpenStack Essex on Ubuntu 12.04
With Horizon, it's possible to create a swift container name
containing special characters which produce browser errors.
In example, if I creates a container named "foo%foo", it's accepted by
Horizon but after that its' impossible to access this container by
clicking on it. I've the following error in the browser:
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
