[Bug 1179846] Re: Wrong keystone port in admin-openrc.sh

What are you trying to do with the CLI? Port 5000 is correct for
authentication, etc. but for performing User/Tenant CRUD you need to use
the admin port. This should be handled by the client. I suspect your
Keystone service catalog may have the wrong port in the adminURL
identity service, or it could be missing altogether (I believe the
client falls back to the auth URL if it fails to get the necessary data
from the service catalog).

Title:
  Wrong keystone port in admin-openrc.sh

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
Freshly installed grizzly. Getting the API access for admin result in
keystone access with port 5000 and permission denied when using
  keystone cli.

Whereas port 35357 works just fine.
