Bug description:
  When a volume is attached to an instance and the compute server is
  restarted the .xml of the instance lost the attached volume.

  This only happen if the instance don´t have a reboot after the volume
  attach.  If reboot the instance, and next reboot the compute server,
  the .xml is saved and the volume attached as expected.
