  nova service-list not use servicegroup driver

  New

Bug description:
  nova service-list seems to not use the servicegroup_driver flag

  With the flag set to mc (memcached) and after a while every services
  are reported as down. The Updated_at date returned by the command line
  is the value coming from the database.
