  Functional tests should record the logs of the services they started.

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Many functional tests for out a glance services.  The logs for these
  services should be recorded so that they can be viewed via the jenkins
  interface.  One approach to this would be to dump the logs to standard
  out on error.
