  More in action dropdown shares the same class as the first action

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The "More" actions is using the same class as the first action.

  If the first action has a class of "btn-danger", the action will have
  a red background, as well as "More" action.

  "More" action should not inherit the class from the action.
