  Switchable Fields functionality does not work on Workflow

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Applied the example on :
  http://docs.openstack.org/developer/horizon/ref/forms.html#switchable-
  fields to a workflow.

  The "switched" input are always displayed.

  Since this work on forms, it should also work on workflows.
