  Sorting by IP address doesn't work

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  On the instances table, if there is only one IP address listed per
  row, clicking on the "IP address" column address has no effect (I
  would expect it to sort based on the IP). This also happens in the
  floating IPs table in the access & security page.

  For the instances table though, when there are floating IPs associated
  with some of the instances (showing several IPs on 2 lines), then the
  sorting appears to work.

  Seen on Folsom and latest devstack, using Firefox 17.0.1 and Chrome
  24.0.1312.56.
