  Don't import sys in glance/store/swift.py

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If we tweak how we handle exception handling for the case of stale
  swift chunks we can avoid importing sys and stashing the original
  exception.
