  Some nova.tests.integrated.test_api_samples.Hypervisors* tests fail
  when run as single test

Bug description:
  From the logs it appears that the host name is not being set
  correctly, resulting in the error:

  NoMatch: Values do not match:
  Template: fake-mini
  Response: <name of host used to run the tests>

  Strangely enough this only happens when running the tests individually
  or when running the integrated tests alone. It can easily be
  reproduced eg. by running:

  ./run_tests.sh
  nova.tests.integrated.test_api_samples.HypervisorsSampleJsonTests.test_hypervisors_uptime
