  nova api log is missing request IDs for some transactions

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This appears to only apply to Havana and not Grizzly.

  
  Nova log usually log the context which includes the request id ('req-%(uuid)'), but in the latest version as of 4/5/2013 this isn't the case.
