Bug description:
  nova.virt.driver.ComputeDriver.check_can_live_migrate_destination and
  check_can_live_migrate_source docstrings should specify the expected
  return type.

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1129091 is caused by returning
  None in the corresponding overridden methods. This used to work when
  the method was committed and stopped to work recently due to changes
  not related to the actual driver, based on the undocumented assumption
  that the mentioned method returns a dictionary.
