  Fix Released

Bug description:
  require_context() and require_admin_context()  decorators of
  nova/db/sqlalchemy/api.py don't copy func_name, __doc__ and __module__
  attributes of a decorated function to a wrapper function. This makes
  introspection and debugging harder and should be fixed.
