  After bootstrapping can not prepare

Status in OpenStack Anvil:

Bug description:
  Following the new instructions on how to use anvil on grizzly.

  After running sudo ./smithy --bootstrap when i am running  ./smithy -a
  prepare (not as root) the following happens.
