  Grizzly Horizon admin loops through login page with right user/pass

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
  Grizzly Open Stack Horizon

  installed latest horizon

  apt-get install openstack-dashboard memcached

  
  access the horizon if login as admin with right password...it keeps looping through the login page....the password and username is fine since if you put wrong user/pass...the login page complains. But with right user/pass...it just shows the login page and won't log in.

  If I create different user called stack1 and different tenant, and
  give stack1 admin right and login as stack1...

  I expect admin should be able to login.
