  Error in volume listing of Create Instance workflow

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The instances workflow for "Boot from Volume" shows volumes in the
  form of

  "id - size GB (.. <django.utils.functional...>)"

  This is because a ugettext_lazy string is converted to a byte string instead of a unicode string.
