Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If Glance programs were python modules they could be imported and
  tested much easier than as they are now.  As part of the effort for
  https://blueprints.launchpad.net/glance/+spec/better-faster-stronger-
  functional-tests we should change glance-manage to use entry_points in
  setup.py instead of scripts and then add tests which import it.  This
  will serve as an example for how the other scripts could use this as
  well.
