  Stale process left after unit tests complete

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  After running the unit tests (eg with tox -epy27) a stale 'nosetests' process is left behind.
  It leaves TCP ports open and holds references on inodes. The latter can cause a problem with some automated build systems.
