Title:
  LBaaS panel buttons don't have icons

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The CSS class names for the LBaaS are too specific and therefore don't
  have associated icons in the CSS stylesheet.

  Two things to fix this:

   * In
  https://github.com/openstack/horizon/blob/master/openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/loadbalancers/tables.py
  the classes should be e.g. "btn-add" rather than "btn-addvip", "btn-
  update" instead of "btn-updatepool" etc.

   * "btn-add" should be added to the stylesheet together with .btn-
  create and .btn-launch
