Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The get_dashboards method in horizon/base.py returns dashboards that
  have been unregistered.  Subsequently calling get_panel_groups on that
  dashboard causes an uncaught exception.
