Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  There are a number of cases in the configuration where files where default values are denoted as:
  # Default: the_value = X
  In general this should be done as:
  # thevalue = X

  When external tools update the configuration files, for example
  puppet, it does not work well with the "Default: "
