  Active Extensions not enumerated

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The versions pages (v2 and v3) have a section for extensions, but it
  is hard coded to only show the OS_AUTH extension:

  https://github.com/openstack/keystone/blob/master/keystone/controllers.py#L56

  However, there are multiple extensions available under contrib that do
  not show up here.  There is no way to determine what they are, or if
  an external extension has been registered as well.
