  Missing dashes from console-log

Bug description:
  When fetching the console-log of a running instance either from
  command line (nova console-log) or horizon you can notice that all the
  dashes have been removed from there compared against the original log
  file in the filesystem.

  How to reproduce:

  1. Start an instance
  2. Get the log: nova console-log
  3. Compare it against the log in the filesystem.
