Title:
  powervm driver can't  change temporary MAC adress to original one when
  revert resize

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In current powervm driver logics,It set original LPAR's MAC address
  with a temporary one to avoid MAC conflicting when resize/migrate in
  same host .  It try to reset the original MAC address in method
  finish_revert_migration ,only when  original instance and new instance
  both exist. In fact before this method , the new instance has been
  destroyed in  method revert_resize in nova/compute/manager.py .  If
  the MAC address isn't reset , the LPAR's OS will lose IP.
