  Boot from ceph volume fails

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have setup OpenStack to work with ceph. As far as I can see,
  everything is setup correctly. I can attach an ceph block device to a
  running instance.

  But I'm unable to boot a instance from a ceph volume.

  The error is the same like in #1126348.

  I installed the package from deb http://ubuntu-
  cloud.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu precise-updates/grizzly main. The
  OS is Ubuntu 12.04.2.
