Title:
  glance+swift,Only images marked as public gets listed in glance image-
  list

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  My environment has swift as glance backend. While uploading the image,
  only the image which is marked as public gets listed in glance image-
  list, where I expect to see the private images also which the tenant
  user creates.  However in the backend I can see either
  type(public,private) of the images in the swift store. so that means
  there is no issue in uploading

  My swift related configurations in glance-api.conf pasted below

  swift_store_user = service:glance
  swift_store_key = password
  swift_store_container = glance
