Bug description:
  The legacy_endpoint_id is showing in the catalog for a v3 token :

                                            u'legacy_endpoint_id': u'6c46f7f1db644459af2e5e97438ece6f',
                                            u'region': u'RegionOne',

  I supposed this is to reference a endpoint created in v2.

  I am not sure how this is supposed to be used but in any cases it
  would be nice if we can get some documentation in the specs i.e here:
