  run_test.sh puts all output into stderr.

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When running the unit tests, it is impossible to see which one fails.
  The list of tests being run should go into stdout, and the debuggin
  output should go into stderr.  However, they are all munged together,
  and the debugging output floods the screen.
