  Fix Released

Bug description:
  ProblemType: Bug
  DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
  Installation type: DevStack with enable Heat
  Package: master

  Status bar of the stack continue running after completing the update
  of a template in heat. Gif with this problem is attached.

  Scenario:

  create a stack
  change something in template
  update the template
