Title:
  "Browse(Image File)" or "Image Location" text field should be
  enabled/disabled based on value in one of them on dashboard.

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Based on value on "Image Location" text box "Image File(browse)"
  should be enabled or disabled in dashboard, while creating a new image
  and visa versa.

  When you create a new image from Dashboard both "Image Location" and
  "Image File" allows user to give values, while only one should be
  allowed. There should be a client validation (like disabling browse
  button or making text box uneditable) on the page itself, instead of
  giving error when user clicks on submit.
