  glance-replicator: exception information doesn't get into log file

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently, glance-replicator provides option to enable logging
  information into a specified file. But exceptions are not logged into
  the log file when they are thrown.

  Reproduce steps:

  # glance-replicator livecopy source:port target:port -l LOGFILE -v

  When set a wrong source or target address, exception would be thrown,
  but not logged into log file.
