  xenapi: test_xenapi performance slow

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The performance of test_xenapi is about 20 seconds to run.  We'd like
  to decrease this, ideally to a sub 5 second range.  However, we'd like
  to see any improvements which bring the number down.
