  libvirt: allow passing 'os_type' property to glance when doing

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Instance may inherit 'os_type' from image if it has been set in image
  properties, in which case 'os_type' become a attribute of instance and
  is stored in db. But in libvirt driver of nova, 'os_type' is not
  passed to glance when doing snaphot. Thus the result snapshots has no
  'os_type' property.
