  XenAPI Default SR depends on obscure i18n key

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When recreating the default SR or using certain XenAPI configurations,
  the method currently used for finding the default does not work -
  resulting in a stack trace when you try and use that nova.

  The default value for sr_matching_filter should be to use the pool-
  specified default SR.
